The space
Comfortable, safe, clean and private 3 bedroom top floor of home located in the idyllic neighborhood of Pleasantview. This beautifully renovated home sleeps 6 and is a close driving/bus distance to a Southgate Mall. One block away is a bus station, as well as Pleasantview Park.

- Not in Downtown - But a very short 20-minute bus ride. You get to hear birds and see squirrels.

- One full bathroom
- Laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent is provided
- Full Eat-in-Kitchen: Toaster, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Coffee, Tea, Cereal, Milk and some cooking items (oil, vinegar, etc)
- Access to backyard with BBQ, fire-pit, and lots of room to relax
- Plenty of room for free street parking
