    Conveniently located in the heart of the ICE DISTRICT in Downtown Edmonton. Our suite is fully furnished with a modern and comfortable style.

    Your private kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed to prepare a great meal, or enjoy take out or room service in the comfort of your home away from home. For your dining space, we have a stone countertop with 4 adjustable height bar stools.

    Beside the kitchen you will find your comfortable living room with a huge sectional TV, gigantic HD TV and panoramic city views out the large windows and off the adjacent outdoor balcony.

    Your bedroom has a luxury Queen Sized mattress, fresh linens and pillows are included at the start of your stay. The bedroom has an attached ensuite full bathroom and walk in closet. Your bathroom includes a starter supply of all basic amenities.

    This suite also has a private den / office space for you to work effectively during your stay. In the office we have a large desk with a chair, and a variety of lighting options so you can best set the working environment to your liking.

    Finishing off the suite is your insuite laundry machines that you are welcome to use throughout your stay.

    *Optional turnover service is available to be booked at the rate of $155 / visit and this includes a full clean of the suite including refreshing all linens and towels, and restocking your consumable amenities.

    This lavish building located in the heart of the ICE district offers exclusive amenities to it's residents that you will have full access to during your stay. There is a rooftop patio located off the 5th floor lounge which has an outdoor kitchen (Natural Gas BBQ Grills), multiple seating areas with fire tables and stunning views of Edmonton. Indoors you will find a billiards lounge, wet bar, wide screen TV and espresso machine. The social area of the owner's lounge is a fun place to watch the game with friends and has complete kitchen facilities if you want to make a meal in here. Finishing off the 5th floor amenities is a conference room that you can book through the concierge if you need to hold a meeting or want to host a fun games night with friends!

    Hosted Check-Ins:
    * Hosted check-ins must be scheduled upon confirmation of the stay and must occur between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

    Extended Hours (Approval Required):
    * If you cannot meet the standard check-in window above, you may request approval for an extension from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Approval must be obtained from before confirming these extended hours.

    Mandatory Check-Ins:
    * If you’re unable to accommodate the available check-in times, we kindly recommend adjusting your reservation to begin the following day. Hosted check-ins are mandatory and must be completed within the specified timeframe to ensure everything is set up properly for your stay.

    To access building amenities such as the gym and concierge services, proof of renters insurance is required. Kindly ensure you have this in place prior to your arrival if you plan to use these facilities.

    Please be aware that due to the property's proximity to downtown, there may be general city noise, including traffic, nightlife, and other urban activities. While we have done our best to ensure a comfortable stay, some noise may be unavoidable.

    As a long term guest you will have access to all of this plus 24/7 concierge or security service on site.

    Your ultimate experience is crowned with your access to Achetype Gym (included with your reservation, additional paperwork will be required to access this amenity that we will walk you through). This is state of the art fitness facility that also offers group fitness classes and access to the indoor Swimming pool & whirlpool.

    *Our building is attached to the JW Marriott and you are welcome to access their 5 star amenities such as the Spa, Lobby Bar, Alchemy Bar, unbelievable restaurants and even room service! (Extra charges apply for the JW Marriott services.

    All guests (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, or parties are not permitted. This is not a pet-friendly suite.

    A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

    Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

    Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

    For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
