• Construction: There’s some roadwork happening in Downtown Oliver, but don’t worry—it shouldn’t cause any significant delays, and driving will still be smooth.
• BBQ Use: Fancy a BBQ on the private balcony? Just let us know at least 3 days ahead, and we’ll set it up for you. There’s a $35 fee for BBQ use. (Seasonal Availability)
• Mid-Stay Cleaning: Need a little refresh during your stay? We offer a mid-stay cleaning after 3 days for a $75 fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• Pets: As much as we love them, pets aren’t allowed.
• Check-In Time: Check-in is between 4 PM and 9 PM. The exterior door is locked for keyless entry, so we can only welcome you during those hours for security reasons.
• Parking: There’s a free designated parking spot at the back of the building just for you! Plus, there’s free street parking available nearby.
• Playpen & High Chair: Traveling with little ones? The playpen and high chair are available to help make your stay smoother.
• Cot/Rollaway Bed: Hosting an extra guest? There’s a comfy cot ready if needed—just let us know, and we’ll make sure it’s within easy reach.
• Weekly/Monthly/Extended Stays: For stays longer than 7 days: We provide essentials to get you started during your first week. To keep the space fresh and comfortable, a $100 mid-stay cleaning is required every 2 weeks, along with a $100 checkout cleaning for monthly or extended stays.
