Baseball trip

Overall, it was a very pleasant day. I loved how stocked the kitchen and house was even from laundry. There was laundry pods that was very convenient. It was clean and quaint. Enjoyed our stay.

Great neighborhood and location

Very comfortable ! Beds and linens were all nice, kitchen was well stocked and condo was up to date and cozy. Neighborhood is very quite and neighbors friendly and helpful. Great place to unwind and enjoy all things Colorado has to offer.

Stylish and clean

This clean and comfortable rental was stocked with all the essential toiletries not usually found in a VRBO RENTAL. Great location, excellent instructions, clean and stylish, perfect location for our needs. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location

This was great for us because our daughter and her family live in the next courtyard so everyone had their own space. The condo was exactly as shown. The owner was most helpful. We’ll definitely stay every time we visit our family!

Family Visit

We came to spend time with our son and his family. They live in Edwards too, so it was very convenient. I loved the area and was able to walk the neighborhood daily. The condo was very well stocked and very comfortable. We will consider this condo for our future visits.

Well appointed townhouse in the hills

Very happy with the townhouse, it’s location in Edwards and the beautiful gardens surrounding the complex. Quiet! Very short drive to shops, eateries, and bars. Townhouse has no A/C so if coming in the summer as we did, note this. Property Manager Terry was knowledgeable about the area, and attentive to our needs. Would stay again.

The unit was nice. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The hall light was on a motion sensor that we did not enjoy during the night. The appliances were in good working order. No washer and dryer. Baseboard heating worked. Pellet stove did not work when we were there. Peaceful neighborhood.

Great location, subpar heat

Great location, convenient to skiing at Beaver Creek and restaurants etc in Edwards. The unit itself was a good size for two adults and a child. I am knocking the overall rating down due to the lack of heat in the unit. The baseboard heating did not work in one of the two bedrooms, so that space was very cold. In addition, the pellet stove in the main area did not work. Both of these were inconveniences for a cold weekend but would be a deal killer for a longer stay. Most frustrating, I emailed the property manager twice about the issues thinking that they would come and fix them, and they never even acknowledged or responded to my messages. Maybe a better place to stay in the warmer months.
