Great stay in Edwards

We had a great stay at the Riverside treehouse. Location was great for skiing and exploring Edwards. The unit was well stocked and comfortably fit six adults. Community hot tub and pool are a short walk away.

It has beds I guess

This property isn't owned by a person, but Vacasa. If you book here you'll pay fees to both VRBO and Vacasa. They both promise to provide day of support, but when we reached out because the internet/TV didnt work we were basically told that sucks but its jan 1st and im not doing anything. Then they didnt fix it for the rest of the trip

Nice place, But do not plan on using internet

Started off with the code not allowing me to check in and then customer service not helping much. Took 1.5hrs before I received a backup code that finally worked. Customer service started pretty bad and finally I got somebody who was helpful. Other than that It was a beautiful home with a nice kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable as well. Hot tub is close to place and nice and hot. Garage is very small, I had to crawl out the back of my car to get out. Internet is the slowest thing I have ever had. Tested it and got 0.7 MBPS. That is slowest internet I have used so if you need to do work here do not plan on loading much. TV has a few channels but 100's not available. Overall nice place to stay and ski but not made for people working and traveling..

Great place

Everything worked as needed. The only issue was that we arrived late approximately 10pm and the code for the door was wrong. Waited on hold for thirty minutes and finally got a hold of someone through text message. Took almost 40 minutes.

Treehouse without extras

This property is clean and pretty spacious but there was very little coffee for the Keurig machine and the other option was a truly ancient Mr. Coffee. There were no extra toilet paper or paper towels in evidence. There were few plastic containers for the refrigerator and none with lids that fit. The one central thermostat made regulating heat in the various rooms nearly impossible. Not sure I can recommend this one and would not rent it again.

Family getaway

Comfortable spot with listed amenities including very clean pool and surprise small playground! Kitchen has a few extras that were helpful for a family.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, Had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here. We had an issue with parking. With the garage counting as a spot, you better have a compact car. We had two trucks not oversized ones and we were not able to park in the garage. We contacted Turnkey and no guest parking pass came with this rental. We had to gamble on not getting towed or a ticket. I highly recommend a parking pass with this rental.

Delighted to find cabinets had food supplies left by other guests. Ie. salt pepper sugar peanut butter olive oil honey and more. Nothing that would spoil. Plenty of towels comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful Condo it was perfectly located.

The check in process was so easy, I would definitely rent here again. There are not a lot of choices in Edwards, my son lives there. There are plenty of rentals in the Vail area but not to many where my son live. The house was equipped with everything we needed except cookie sheets and I just bought those and left them with my son. The only thing is tje balcony is a little small would have loved to have sat outside more. Can't wait to book my next trip.

Clean, well stocked.

Very clean, nice two bedroom condo. Well stocked kitchen. No air conditioning so it was very warm in the unit while we were there in July. Some free standing fans would be nice.
