“They have no business calling this a hotel. I 2as unable to sleep be cause for some reason they couldn't find my reservation. No computers at the hotel to search for my reservation and the manager who is supposed to be in charge was home already. The staff members at the hotel cannot make any decision without someone who was not on ground. We ended up sleeping in the car that night”

“My review is not for Paris Tower Hotel but for Hotels.com, I got confirmation mail from hotels..com after booking only to get to Paris Tower Hotel and they didn't find records of your bookings. I had to use my money to lodge for the 2 nights and I have been trying to reach out to hotels.com but no mail and your virtual agent could not connect me to any agent. Please I need refund. Thanks”

“It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.”

“Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. ”
