Country-style bungalow on the edge of the forest, offering a wonderful return to nature in this peaceful haven, ideally located at the crossroads of Lac d’Éguzon (Village Étape), Crozant, Gargilesse and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault.
The bungalow consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (suitable for 2 adults and 2 children), and a shower room with toilet.

Nearby, the Pez Chauvet pond is home to fishermen and migratory birds. La Source is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and unwind, or to stop over while travelling on horseback, by motorbike, bicycle or on foot.
Pets welcome (the property is not fenced).
Swimming pool: open depending on weather conditions, approximately from mid-May to mid-September. The pool is not heated and measures 4 m x 8 m. It is located on the estate, approximately 100 m from the bungalow.
Coffee machines: filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.
Bed linen and towels included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels during the summer season.
