“It is pet friendly, that is ok, but what is not ok, is that the humans leave the dog in the room unattended to go have breakfast and it barks and cries so loud for a complete hour, at 8:00 am on a Sunday. Avoid the pet rooms entirely ”

“Lage ist perfekt, genau zwischen Bahnhof und Fußgängerzone, aber eben außerhalb dieser ; sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und schöne Zimmer mit guten Matratzen ; Zimmer ist zwar schon mit einigen Macken / Kratzern gewesen, aber das ist auch normaler Gebrauch und stört gar nicht ! ”

“Amazing place to stay, we were warmly welcomed. The rooms were very good clean and with coffee making machine. The staff were all very helpful. We couldn't have breakfast as we left very early so they made us a basket of bread, cheese, ham and eggs and left in our room so we could eat before we left. ”

“We are currently on a road trip in Germany and this was our first night. We had been travelling for many, many hours and needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was great. The location was simply stunning. The room was comfortable and tidy. Also a very nice size. The balcony let you have a lovely view of the lake. Check in was superb and very efficient. The breakfast was good with a great selection. There isn’t a lot around the hotel (there is a little shop/bar opposite), so be prepared for this....

“HOTELES.COM debe informar claramente a sus clientes que: 1) El hotel acepta SOLO pago en cash. Muy extraño que este hotel no acepte tarjeta de crédito. 2) El hotel no entrega una factura o comprobante del pago. Muy extraño. 3) En la página web de Hoteles.com el hotel informa que está s 1.5 Km de Monschau. La realidad es que el hotel está AL MENOS a 5Km del pueblo.”
