The hotel is reasonable, the breakfast is terrific (though ridiculous lines for coffee), needs updating, not nearly enough parking, staff is highly variable, ranging from excellent to people that seem to hate the hotel guests. Good location, a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, and one block from the promenade with good restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful hotel indeed , high food level for all inclusive hotel. The service level is ecxellent from the reception clerk to higher managers . A special word for Mayaan the Public relations manager whit a professional and kind aproch. Superb sevice!!! Will be back

I booked a 3 nights stay for a conference in Eilat. Had a really hard time with the management of the hotel as I asked to add another guest to the room. It somehow fell between the cracks and the management made no efforts at all to resolve this issue. I got a renovated room. It was convenient and nicely designed. The food is ok, but I was expecting more from an Isrotel hotel in this price. The AC didn't work since on February it works only on heat, but it was hot in Eilat... To summarize, it's an ok hotel, I might book again in the future due to its centered location. While the management was not so great, the staff were very friendly and seemed to want to help..

ich kann nur positives berichten! Super leckeres Essen und gute Getränke (insbesondere Wein). Personal hätte etwas mehr englisch sprechen können und bei Gerichten fehlten die Bezeichnungen auf Englisch. Hebräisch kann ich leider nicht

A Few Kinks But a Nice Time - As Always.

This was a return visit for us. We always enjoy our stay. This time we had a series of unforeseen glitches. Hotel management (kudos to Hadar!!!!) was very responsive in making sure problems were resolved. Food selections did not seem as varied as in the past, but was good and plentiful.

Excelent hotel from every point of view. Brilliant service during all our stay. The food was fresh diveresed and always available. Even though we stayed in the high season we could not feel that the hotel was highly occupied because of the variety of amenties/facilties/activities the hotel offers, further than that the hotel is well maintain and all the common areas are being cleened on a very strict frequency.on each day The kids had many activities arranged by the entertaining crew, same was with the shows for the adults later in the evening. The location is perfect. Just few minutes walk from the boardwalk. To conclud the above, a highly recomended hotel for families.

Highly Recommended and COVID Safe

We were apprehensive for our first get-away since COVID. The hotel did an amazing job at making sure everything was clean and safe. The food was great -- a lot of variety at every meal (many healthy choices) , no issues with quantities, and nice extras. All inclusive meant just that -- from icy drinks and treats by the pool to an open bar in the lounge at night. Highly recommended -- and we will most certainly be back.

שירות מצויין. הכל נקי. צוות יוצא מן הכלל. העובדים בחדר האוכל ממש אדיבים ונענים לבקשות. נותנים שירות לילדים ומכל הלב. החדר לא משופץ, אך מרווח, נקי ומסודר. שירות סידור החדרים גם מצויין. מנקים די מהר ומוקדם. אוכל ממש טעים ואיכותי ומגוון

חופשה משפחתית מעולה!! המלון אמנם מיושן כמו כל המלונות באילת אבל מתוחזק ברמה, הכל מאוד נקי ומסודר, השירות מעולה, האוכל מגוון וטעים, האלכוהול בבר מגוון וטוב, הנשנושים שבבר בצהריים מגוונים וטעימים. השירות לאורח מהמם- התקשרנו מספר פעמים לבקש מגבות וכו, הגיעו אלינו תוך דקות ספורות עם הבקשה ולאחר מכן גם התקשרו ווידאו שהכל הגיע. בחדר אוכל השף תמיד נמצא ומפקח. בקבלה רוב הזמן רואים את המנהלת בבריכה לא מרשים לעשן/לאכול מה שמשאיר אותה נקיה וכיפית עכשיו עם הקורונה במלון מתעקשים על מסיכות וחיטוי(בכניסה לחדר אוכל מקבלים כפפות חדפ) נסענו זוג+פעוטה+תינוק קיבלנו לחדר 2 מיטות תינוק ואמבטיה

אוכל ובריכה פצצה החדרים זוועה

הגענו זוג+2 כאשר הזמנו חדר אולימפי סטודיו. התמונות בהוטלס ובמלון מסתבר שזה לא אותו החדר. וקיבלנט חדר ללא הפרדה כפי שרצינו. נקיון החדר היה נוראי. שערה באמבטיה, וכל מיני לכלוכים.קירות מטונפים. מאחורי הספה לא עשו שואב ואף היה שם תפוח. שקע רופף ולא מקובע לקיר. מנורה עקומה. חדרים ישנים ולא מתוחזקים. העיקר טלויזיה חדשה של סמסונג. ספה נפתחת ישנה ובלויה. החדר על הפנים יתר המלון היה מעולה! אוכל טעים ובשפע. נקי ומסודר. בריכות טובות. מצילים שבאמת מתסכלים על הבריכה.שירות אדיב מהיר ועם חיוך. אוכלוסיית המלון גם היתה טובה ונעימה. מלבד החדרים המזעזעים היה בסדר.
