“This property is unique and private with stunning views! This is perfect for a few families staying together as there are 5 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom - very rare to find. We really enjoyed our stay and the highlights were the fire pit (plenty of firewood for use) and the trampoline was popular amongst the kids. However, we did find that a lot of the cutlery, glasses and dinnerware were dirty and felt that it lacked some basic amenities like tea bags and sugar which was a bit...

“The perfect romantic getaway! The view from the balcony and room was breathtaking. Regular visits from birds, kangaroos and the hosts puppy, Bella made the trip even more special. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Joanne and Hayden were absolutely lovely and accommodating. A short drive to the lake, town and cute sunset lookouts. We highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. ”

“We were very impressed with the comfort of the bed and the how clean the room was presented. When we stay at a venue I look for a comfortable bed and a good shower, both were supplied.”

“Overpriced motel - charged nearly $200 for a $120 room. No manager on site - check-in was difficult and included numerous phone calls, texts and emails over a period of 2 days. Shower alternated between boiling and freezing. We will certainly not be returning. ”

“The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

“Lovely property. Heaters in each room. Plenty of bedding. Only thing that was a lil let down was it said byo firewood meaning there would be a wood fire or outdoor fire pit. No fire pit or fire on the property.”

“2 families stayed here over the Australia Day long weekend. As displayed in the photos, the house is quite run down on the outside and in some parts in the inside but none of this affected our stay. Everything that mattered was great. Very clean, great working bathroom and kitchen, easy access BBQ, enough driveway parking for 2 x cars, 1 x boat and 1 x jetski, shops walking distance, the lake only a short drive. Thanks for having us!”
