“Es muy cómodo si consideramos que es un hotel japonés bastante reducido en espacio. Se compensa con varios detalles muy convenientes ya que está a unos pasos de la estación de Beppu y a unas cuadras del mar, el personal es muy amable, tiene onsen y en general es muy limpio y me gusta por la hora feliz, personalmente recomiendo el sochu, agua ionica y melón soda. El desayuno está incluido a diferencia del Super hotel de Akihabara y amenidades orgánicas y lavandería 200 yenes por máquina que ya...

“Nice clean and big room, 4 private baths, and delicious meals. You can choose your yukata so that it feels more personal. A great price for a ryokan in a secluded setting. Hosts were very welcoming as well. Please refer to their website if you have questions such as arranging their shuttle service. Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay!”

“The room we had booked was clean, however the shower and onsen area are very dim at night. Given that it’s a sulphur based onsen, there was a bunch of calcification around the shower corners. We also found a stink bug and yen sized spider roaming in our room. It wasn’t the worst hotel we’ve stayed in Japan but certainly not the best either. My other family members stayed at Muse Beppu and had a much better experience”

“It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. “初の利用でしたが、スタッフさん方は皆様、とてもお優しく、こちらのミスでチェックイン時間をお伝えできずにおり、予定よりお待たせしてしまったのにも関わらず、準備よくご対応いただきました。ご迷惑おかけし、とても申し訳なかったのですが、そんな状況でもご対応いただけたことに大変感謝しております。 晴れた日の屋上の露天風呂がとても快適な景色で、貸し切り風呂も深夜からも利用できるのがありがたかったです。共用ラウンジで出していただけるコーヒーも美味しく、朝食もとても素晴らしかったので、余裕を持って今度はまたお邪魔させていただきたいです。”
