El Burgo de Osma is a 35-minute drive from Soria, 20 minutes from the Fortress of Gormaz, and 25 minutes from Cañón del Río Lobos Natural Park.
Although the penthouse does not have air conditioning, the natural ventilation and design keep the space pleasant.
Heating is provided by a gas boiler system, ensuring warmth during the colder months.
It should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
Please note that the property is a duplex, accessible by stairs. Access to the apartment is via the stairs, as there is NO ELEVATOR.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. Distribution of the places:
1- Bedroom with double bed
2- Bedroom with double bed
3- Sofa bed in the living room with two extra places.
The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
