Our host was attentive and always responded quickly. But this house is older and hasn’t been maintained very well. It was not very clean when we arrived and had a dirty dustpan left out on the kitchen floor with a half drunk Coke sitting on the counter. A few of the kitchen counters were dirty as well. The first time we used the ice dispenser in the refrigerator an old bottle cap came out with the ice. All the area rugs were dirty; the bathroom rugs were especially filthy. The bath towels/washcloths left out for us to use were very old and ragged. On the plus side there were new toothbrushes and shampoo available if needed. Three of the five beds were comfortable, but one of the queen beds upstairs is so hard it felt like sleeping on a box spring! It was almost unusable! The outside patio area was also very dirty and had not been weeded or maintained in a long time. Served the purpose for our large group but was a little disappointing.
