“Dee greeted us at the reception and was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a shuttle bus into the centre of town whenever suited us and did just that. We enjoyed a great meal at the Holbrook Hotel and also a shuttle back. The room was clean, neatly renovated and had free WiFi. We took advantage of the EV wall box charger directly outside the room. We did have a few issues with it but Dee helped sort out the problem of the charge cable not unlocking from the post by turning the power off....

“Awesome location walkable distance to most of good shops and restaurants around. Decent size room with all the basic amenities. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. Bonus was the swimming pool open until late so managed to get a swim. Staff was super friendly and helped us with smooth checkin and gave every possible information to us which we needed. She absolutely went over and above to ensure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back again in future.”

“Nice people after I complained about the air freshener in the room as well that single women always get awful rooms. It is the same wherever you are. We wonen pay the same price and should be given the same as they do for men. The ladies in the establishment were very good and I was updated to as better room, which was great. I recommend this place and hope that women will stand up to get better accomodation than offered.”
