horrible. mi peor experiencia

lo peor que me paso con hoteles.com. a mi llegada no tenian mi reserva y no tenian mas lugar. su sistema es un mail yahoo. la atencion del personal fue terrible. no hicieron mas que fijarse en el correo si habia o no jn mail de expedia. ni siquiera mandaron un mail o algo. la hoteleria de el nido deja mucho que desear es cara y no buena. el agua no es para nada buena. en la habitacion, hay una ventana (todo a lo ancho y largo) la cual se encontraba roto el vidrio. al momento de ingreso en la habitacion habia arena adentro. tiene el potencial de ser buen hotel. pero frente a esa atencion, por favor, deberan aprender mucho. termine en donde habia lugar. tengan mucho cuidado en este hotel, porque seguro aumentaron los precios y borraron un mail. asi de simple. cero profesionales.

I don't recommend to go any place in El Nido, even I don't find any interesting place where you can visit. Due to bad roads, highways, airports and any other private or public transport, if I were you I would choose any other destinations like Thailand,where similar destination like Koh Samui or Phuket have better communication than Philippines, but also, everyone look at the turister as a wallet, they look at you louding between them and speaking in their languague. Philippines try to get money from everything, they aren't very friendly. As I have told you, if I were you I will not go to El Nido or any other places in Philippines. With regards to the hotel, it is well located but it is so ugly and old than I consider it as a One stars hotel. The loose one of my tshirt (it cost me more than eight thousand pesos) and as compensation they gave me back 375 pesos. to sum up don't go to the El Nido. It is not worthy.

The breakfast was basic and sometimes odd. There was a cockroach in my room. The property and amenities were very run down and low standard. The bathroom shower had no separation to the toilet and would flood. The only saving grace of this place was the most beautiful view and the very lovely staff who were always pleasant and helpful

Room Was filthy, no drinking water, very slippery shower, no toilet paper, 20 steep steps upto the floor my room was on, transport to & from way to expensive, didnt speak english, complimentary breakfast supposed to be buffet, it was rubbish, the beach was terrible. no late checkout available. Location good for island hopping & street food but nothing else, taffic was horrendous as you step out of hotel. Terrible terrible terrible, will not go back.

THIS PLACE IS LOUD. The structure lets in all the noise from the street and beach all night long. The “tricycles” ( makeshift motorcycles with a metal car welded around it to offer taxi like service) often don’t have mufflers and run 24/7. The rooms are maybe 10 to 15 feet from the road, and the door only stops a quarter of the roar. Combine that with the people on the beach, who are 10 to 15 feet from your patio door, (which doesn’t close tightly) and are partying, squealing, screaming and yelling till dawn. I didn’t see any warning about this in the description of the hotel. After one night I decided that I could not stay there and went to checkout. Unfortunately they

Roof was leaking from the 2nd floor air conditioning unit it soaked the bed. A staff had to put a rag to absorb the moisture. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Hotel staff are friendly especially the young lady in the front office, Ruth.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Steps from the beach and maybe the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen, every night! It’s right I the centre of the strip, so it’s walkable and easy to get to restaurants, bars, clubs and other beaches around. 100% will be staying again and will recommend it to anyone looking to visit El Nido!

Almost all the rooms in the property have a beautiful ocean view as seen in pictures and sits on the beach. However, the beach is not accessible for swimming. The tourists boats are docked there instead which means that you only have to do a 10-minute walk on the beach towards the tourists loading area for the island hopping tours. The included breakfast has a nice selection of warm and cold foods including fruits and dessert. The staff exhibits outstanding customer service. Because the hotel is on the outskirts of downtown, restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores are only minutes away. I booked 2 rooms for our group. One of the rooms is a new addition with tile floors, floor to ceiling glass wall facing the ocean and a bathroom with an enclosed shower area. However, unlike the rooms in the older wing, the new rooms do not have a veranda. The other room we were given is in the old wing and is dated and needs renovation. The floors are hardwood onto which the dirt tend to stick even with mopping which makes the floor feel sticky. The shower in the bathroom is not enclosed causing the water to be all over the room, while the drain gets flooded. There are only a small sink in there with no space to put stuff on and a tower rack. They provide a pair of plastic slippers with holes on the foot bed (as part of its design) which makes them useless when trying to avoid the water overflow from the drain.

Staff was in general friendly. Room was not cleaned daily , there was a leaking in the toilet at box shower, also there was a leaking in the ceiling directly in the bed. The leaking in the ceiling was fixed straight, however the general condition of the hotel was average. The breakfast option was poor.

Room was terrible, small, tired, unsafe plug sockets, old bathroom and a toilet that leaked. The terrace was tiny, the smallest of all the rooms and next to the cleaners cupboard so no privacy as they constantly walked past. I have stayed in much better hostels. Breakfast was very basic and not enough tables for the number of guests. Complained about the room, but were only able to change for our last night as no other sea view rooms available. Huge difference in the standard and size of the room, can’t believe it was the same price. I think we were dumped in a lower priced room than we paid for in the hope we would not complain. Location of hotel is fantastic right on the beach. You have to pay for beach towels! Rather mean an unexpected.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely had a warm shower each time we got in. Took a bit for the water to get to us but it was there. Lovely spot right on the beach. Loved the beach access as it made it nicer to go deeper into town and we didn't have to walk on the streets
