The staff were polite if far from welcoming. Our first rooms bathroom had algae and mold growing in the grout between the tiles and there was no working lock on the door. Our second night on arriving back to our ro ww discovered our room infested with large flying ants that had come through a cieling vent. We were given a second slightly cleaner room however the bathroom shower was still disgracefully dirty and the shower head did not work added to which there was no hot water as they "had run out". Even budget hotels require baseline standards. This was one of my worst hotel experiences in Elnido.

Convenient location next to dock for taking tours. Breakfast is served under surcharge and there are not multiple options to be chosen. Overall good experience.

Be adventurous!

They gave us a choice of room with loft which was claustrophobic but the 2 bed option much nicer. AC was good and it was generally comfortable. Bathroom a little old but adequate. Overall I would stay here again but not my wife lol.

Had to wait 4 hours to check-in, receptionist seemed to not want to assist in any capacity. Room was good, service was just not great.

Hostel quality at hotel prices

Old, tired rooms. No soundproofing. No blackout curtains. Very basic room despite being called “deluxe”. Reception service was ok until I needed a room clean and then had to challenge the hotel to provide a clean. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

The front desk person wouldn’t check us in because the room was for five people and they wanted to put 3 more people in our room which was not what I originally booked. Also, the power went out in the middle of the night making our room very hot. I would definitely like a refund!

The air conditioning was so noisy it kept me awake. The restaurant always smelled like rotten fish. The cleanliness was awful. You can't use the sink water to brush your teeth, and they don't provide any water for that purpose either. The bathroom was terribly clean, and the hot water only worked twice out of the four days I was there. Plus, the smell of sewage was unbearable when I turned on the shower.

Situacion perfecta en el Nido, muy cerca de bares, restaurantes, comercios y de la playa. El trato es bueno y el hotel esta muy bien.

No volvería ni gratis

Nos cambiaron la habitación reservada a una más pequeña , nos quejamos y nos dieron otra pero tenía el ruido de todos los aires acondicionados por un patio interior y era imposible dormir, a las 2 de la mañana pedimos que nos cambiaran y .... sorpresa, nos mandaron a la primera. Fatal todo, no volvería ni gratis.

El peor hotel en el que he estado jamás

Soy un viajero experimentado. He viajado por todo el mundo y jamás me había encontrado con un "hotel" así. Nada más llegar no pudimos hacer el check in porque la recepcionista insistía en que debíamos llevar la confirmación impresa, ya se les había averiado la conexión a internet y no podían consultar las reservas. Al decirles que ese no era nuestro problema, nos dijeron que no harían absolutamente nada por ayudarnos. Nos dejaron tirados. Tuvimos que acudir a la policía del lugar. Sólo así conseguimos que nos hicieran caso. Lo peor fue el trato desagradable recibido por la recepcionista y el encargado. No solo nos decían abiertamente que no nos ayudarían, sino que parecían sentirse a gusto con la situación. Ya en la habitación, la estancia dejaba mucho que desear. Camas pequeñas, aire acondicionado muy muy ruidoso y baño extremadamente sucio. Incluso aparecieron larvas en la pica durante la noche. Por esta falta de limpieza, dejadez, maltrato al cliente y pésimas instalaciones este es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado.

Wasn’t thrilled. Although the staff was very kind and helpful our entire stay, the first night they didn’t have our room available so they had to put us in a smaller room and my friend had to sleep on a floor mattress. The bathrooms were dirty. Barely enough space for suitcases. The location is on a busy noisy street with music bumping till late at night. There was a mouse nesting in our room that the staff had to come catch. We rook a private boat tour and thankfully that made up for poor accommodations.

Il faudrait indiquer sur l annonce que l hôtel est entouré de bar karaoke ouvert jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Et la vie locale débute à 6h. Donc imaginez le nombre d heures dormi est très léger sur 4 nuits. Pas d eau chaude sur 3 jours. Pas de ménage de fait ! Le plus l emplacement pratique.

エルニード空港から車で10分程度でしょうかとても近いです。ただ､空港送迎ありと記載がありましたが､エルニード空港の往復が5000ペソととても高価｡もう一つのプエルト・プリンセッサ空港は700ペソですが､片道5時間だったので､結局他のところを探しました。 部屋は広かったのですが、エアコンが壊れていて､冷蔵庫もありませんでした。バスタオル､足拭きマット､シャンプー､石鹸､歯ブラシは付いていました｡朝食は予約すると有料で､食べることができるようですが､私は予約しなかったので､値段は分かりません。貴重品はセイフティーボックスがあるので､ホテルのフロントで預かってくれます。ホテルの周りにはコンビニだけでなく､店がたくさんありますが､朝の6時ごろは何処も空いていません。24時間対応と書いてありましたが､1/1の7時にチェックアウトしようとしたら､フロントには誰もいませんでした。1泊7000円でしたが､とても高いと思います。

The front lobby, no air-conditioning at all. In most times I passed in or out, no person at the counter most of the times. By the way, no security. Mismanaged hotel.

village center good for 1-2 nights

we stayed there for 3 nights ... for Philippines standarts the hotel mis ok..... in the center of the village . Near the beach and all the shops and restaurants. we had a room on the back side so wasn't so noisy. The rooms are very small and in a bad condition. not any chairs or a little table at the balcony. The bathroom very dirty and the last day we had a nice cockroach in the room. The money i think is to much what for what they offer. Internet connection nothing

The room is as basic as you can get. We got a hard bed but we managed. The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs and the entire bathroom was soaked. The shower floor is not level so stagnant smelly water remains there. I gagged everytime I went in there. The AC wouldn’t stay on. Without it you are in a hot box. The last night I hard to turn on the AC every 20 min so I barely slept. Then at 6am the hotel cuts the power. So now I’m sweating in a rotten egg smelling hot box. I went downstairs to the front desk asking if my power can be turned on since the whole hotel had power. A young man followed me up to my room and gingled some things around on the wall only to tell me since I am checking out anyway that there is no point to restart the power in my room. I left immediately and I will never come back to this disappointing hotel.

Hotel is in a good location, but that’s it. Room was in a quite bad condition, especialy a bathroom. Spider webs hanging from a ceiling, taps were rusty and water smelled really bad. No way worth the price.
