Granero Retreat | Trampoline + Fenced Yard

Granero Retreat is a spacious and comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom home in West El Paso, ideal for families, extended stays, work trips, and guests looking for extra space and privacy.

The home features three bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, plus an additional air mattress for extra sleeping space. Two separate living areas provide plenty of room to relax, watch TV, spend time together, or work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

The property includes new refrigerated central air for year round comfort, a laundry area, and access to the two car garage. Guests may also park in the driveway or on the street where permitted. Please note that the garage does not have a remote control.

One of the highlights of Granero Retreat is the private fenced backyard with green lawn, trampoline, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. The trampoline is available for guest use and the spacious outdoor area works especially well for families traveling with children.

For approved children’s birthday celebrations, guests may bring or rent their own tables, chairs, decorations, and bounce house. These items are not included with the stay. A $200 event fee applies and all celebrations must be approved in advance. Adult parties and late night events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

The home sits on a corner lot with only one neighboring home directly beside it and no homes immediately behind the property, offering additional privacy.

Granero Retreat is pet friendly with prior notice and the applicable pet fee. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted away from doors and windows, and all cigarette waste must be disposed of properly.

The property is conveniently located in West El Paso with easy access to I 10, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, UTEP, Downtown El Paso, Fort Bliss, and the Franklin Mountains. Sun Metro service is available in the surrounding area, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. Having a car is recommended for maximum convenience.

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, backyard, and garage. The property is a private single family home and is not shared with anyone.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Children’s Birthday Parties

Small children’s birthday celebrations are welcome with prior approval.

Guests may bring their own tables, chairs, decorations, and a bounce house or “brincolín.”

A $200 event fee applies per birthday celebration.

All celebrations must be approved in advance. Adult parties and late night events are not permitted.

No Smoking

Smoking, cannabis use, vaping, or strong odors are not allowed anywhere inside the home.

Pets

Pets are welcome with prior notice and the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds, sofas, chairs, and other furniture.

Linens & Furniture

Please take care of towels, linens, furniture, and décor. Food and drinks are not allowed on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture. Charges may apply for stains, damage, or excessive cleaning.

Breakages

Please let us know about any accidental damage as soon as possible.

Trash

Please place all trash in the designated bins and do not leave food or excessive garbage behind.

Furniture & Items

If you move furniture, lamps, chairs, or other items, please return them to their original place before checkout.
