“Mark never sent information on property, until day of I had to call him several times which he did not answer and sent lock information late. It’s a sketchy area and had issues with an uber driver knocking on our door at 4 AM which lead to a 911 call. Mark did not help in any way, and beforehand repeatedly asked questions about my intentions at the bnb which were honest. Would recommend you getting another bnb”
