“Long waits for everything. Half hour to check in. 20 minutes to get an elevator. At 430 in the morning the circle drive was a drunken party with rude people. Housekeeping literally walked in on me half naked at 1015 when checkout was 11:00. 205 cleaning fee is absurd for size of unit. No seats available at pool or beach. 150 bucks for two sandwiches and two Pepsis room service. Would not recommend this property or booking to anyone. Terrible. ”

“The apartment met or exceeded all our expectations. The location in the iconic Carlyle Hotel put us in the heart of South Beach and the apartment itself was well stocked, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering its Ocean Boulevard address. The municipal parking lot directly across the street was super convenient. Fran provided detailed instructions for access to the apartment as well as a useful guide to nearby attractions.
