To take into account (Accessibility): the apartment is located in a historic building. To maintain its original structure, it does not have an elevator. It does not have a washing machine.

Historic Center and Palaces: Just steps from your front door.

San Marcos Castle: An impressive historical fortress that you shouldn't miss, a short and pleasant walk away.
Seafood Promenade: A few minutes' walk away, you'll find this famous avenue along the Guadalete River, the perfect place to enjoy the best tapas, fried fish, and excellent local wine.

Central Market: Very close by for buying fresh, local produce.

How to get here by public transport: Getting to the apartment is very easy if you're not coming by car:

By Train (Renfe): The El Puerto de Santa María train station (Commuter and Regional trains connecting to Cádiz, Jerez, and Seville) is about a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. If you have a lot of luggage, you can take a taxi right outside the station, which will get you there in less than 5 minutes.

By Bus: The main intercity and city bus stop is very close to the train station and the river area, making it easy to connect to other beaches or towns in the province.

From Jerez Airport (XRY): You can take the commuter train directly from the airport to the El Puerto de Santa María station on a very comfortable and quick journey.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
