“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. “Our stay at The Grand Hacienda was nothing short of amazing! The adventure starts right when you book your stay and you get the directions to your private oasis off of the beaten path. Just finding it was a blast. The hosts Carolyn and Tom are both amazing, and have spared no attention to detail at their bed and breakfast.
