“Our family of 5 had a fabulous spring break at Jan's home. We've been to CDC a few times before with friends and this location was ideally situated only a few homes away them. It was also great as it was near the hotel/pool, golf course and Lagos restaurant - and just a short distance from everything else (beach, marina, etc). “Although this is a nice home and in a decent neighborhood, we had a few issues: Most days we took cold showers, because there was no hot water. The house needs a light update on some of the furniture, & kitchen area. The refrigerator leaked and the house had an old smell to it. The pool is nice, but cloudy most times.”

I would say that everything was great, except with the inconvenience of being on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. It would have been nice if I had advanced notification that the elevator wasn't working, but besides the fact, Jose Luis was very helpful. I had a great time with my family. “My sister and her husband and their almost 2 year old daughter joined me and my husband and our 18 year old daughter for a relaxing week at Villa Nueva Romana. The house was spacious, well appointed, clean and met our needs very well. There were a couple of small issues (broken toilet seat, broken pool net), which were addressed immediately upon bringing them to the owner's attention. we would stay there again.”
