"La habitación está cómoda, Pero medio vieja. El personal en general es amable. El lavavajillas estaba dañado y tiraba agua. El aseo no lo hacen todos los días, pero tampoco te especifican que día es de aseo. Para mi gusto le falta iluminación, y el hotel en general esta medio viejo, la comida de los restaurantes cara y muy X. El hotel en general está cómo a 20-25 minutos de todo, definitivamente te conviene rentar auto."

"The hotel is beautifully well kept, service amazing. We didn’t give the 5 stars, because we thought it was a more family oriented hotel, and it is not. It’s an on going pool party for adults (which is great if you want to party), menu at the cote restaurant sooo delicious by the way but no kids menu. The beach and beach staff so friendly, the ocean was a bit choppy, but all in all, we highly recommend this hotel, but for adults only plan. They have an amazing Steak House also, thank you!"

"Perfecta ubicación en el centro. De ahí sales a caminar a sitios importantes. Hay lugares para desayunar y comer muy cerca."

"Great value. Extremely well located. Some of the staff could be more friendly, but overall it was great. Eco-friendly (they keep older furniture instead of throwing out, the water bottles are re-fillable)! My standard room was small but I didn't need more. For lounging I used the lobby. I used it for business. All my downtown appointments were . Also, the airport express bus (route 500, leaves from terminal E) dropped me off right in front, and to get back to the airport, I walked only two blocks."

"It's a dated hotel that's going through some make up remodeling. It's very comfortable though and will located for what i needed. Very big rooms. Very big comfortable bed. Nice outside pool, very nice for the summertime."
