“Days before I arrived, the host emailed me and asked if I minded switching rooms because current occupants wanted to extend their stay. I said okay. When I arrived, nothing was ready and I tried to communicate to the onsite staff that I was supposed to be in the upstairs unit. After waiting an hour I was led to a room that was not clean. “Property is beautiful and house is huge, great for large family. Pool area is very nice but listing does not mention the property is very steep and there are 80+ steps to get down and up from there. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary. Great house and grounds, lovely scenic area but be aware of listing inaccuracies.”

“This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us.”

“We had a very nice stay at Cabanas Potosi. The host was was very helpful and communicative and made things easy for us. The place has a lovely garden. There are only four rooms I think, which makes for a quieter stay. If you are looking for something super fancy then this place is probably not for you. We will recommend this place to others.”
