    Els Cups, located in the southern part of Sant Vicenç de Calders, is a 19th century farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2012, but preserving the elements of the house that allow us to enter into its origins, the farmhouse. Sant Vicenç de Calders is a village in the municipality of Vendrell. The village was an independent municipality until the 1940s and is located 3.4 km south-west of Vendrell. It has just over a hundred inhabitants. Els cups is situated on a hill, 100 m above sea level, with a nucleus of houses from the 18th century. Its location offers splendid views over the maritime district of Coma-ruga, Sant Salvador and Francàs. You can see farm tools, a press and two wine presses (cups).

    This house has come down to us thanks to the effort, constancy and perseverance of humble farmers who, knowing how to take advantage of the resources of the land, maintained and expanded their heritage and today we and you can enjoy it. Els Cups is located in a privileged place near the mountain and the beach where you can do many activities. The house has a capacity for 8 people with the possibility of 3 more places. The building has two floors distributed in four levels.

    The house has a large outdoor patio with a porch and a barbecue to make multiple meals safe from inclement weather. Above there is a large terrace ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning views of the vineyards and beaches that are only 2 km from the house.

    The building has two floors distributed over four levels, on the ground floor there is a gate leading to an entrance and a small toilet. Next is the kitchen diner, fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and other appliances. On the same floor and down a few steps is the large living room where there is a fireplace, large sofas, game tables and chairs that invite you to relax and read. From the kitchen and the living room you can go out onto a private patio with a barbecue and porches on top of which there is a large solarium terrace with views of Vendrell, the beach of Coma-ruga and Sant Salvador. Upstairs there are two levels with four very spacious double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Each of the rooms has a name that symbolises the colours that can be seen in the vineyards throughout the year, as well as the parts of the vines. On the first landing we find the "Rabassó" room, decorated in brown tones. The "Pàmpol" room is decorated in red tones. Going up four steps we reach the second landing where we find the room "Redolta" decorated with green tones and the room "Raïm" decorated with purple tones. In this room there is access to a terrace where we can sunbathe and enjoy the views of El Vendrell and the beaches.

    The beaches of Coma-ruga, El Francàs and Sant Salvador are about 2 km away. These beaches of the Costa Dorada are ideal for family tourism due to the shallow waters and their richness in iodine. In the area of Coma-ruga there is the area of thermal and curative waters of l'Estany i el Riuet de Comarruga.
    At the beach of Sant Salvador we can visit the house museum of the great musician Pau Casals and in the municipality of El Vendrell we can visit several museums of painting and sculpture such as the museum of the artist Apeles Fenosa.
    About 30 km away is the ancient Roman Tarraco (Tarragona), a city declared of cultural interest by UNESCO, and a few kilometres further on is the Port Aventura theme park. 20 km away is Vilafranca del Penedès where you can visit the museums dedicated to the cultivation of wine and cava. In the surroundings we can visit many wine and cava cellars.

    The house has the greatness of being located in a small village of about 100 inhabitants away from the noise of the beaches, but close to them and their endless gastronomic, leisure and cultural proposals. It is a house more than 200 years old, completely renovated, which allows you to breathe the peace and quiet of yesteryear. You can listen to the silence of its thick walls. In the decoration, all the house's own belongings have been used, duly restored, which invites you to give them a second chance to use them and to remember how things were done in other times. You will be able to observe the 2 wine presses and see how wine was produced a few decades ago. We are in the wine-growing area of the Penedès where you will be able to see the vineyards and visit the cellars to enjoy the magnificent wines and cavas of the area.
