“We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. Everything was presented to a very high standard. The owner was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Wake up to the sound of the cockerel and Church bells(Sunday only!) - a lovely rural getaway. The “takeaway” fish from Sunset restaurant 2 minutes away was a healthy bonus. “Das Appartement hat alle wichtigen Voraussetzungen für einen ruhigen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, entgegen der Beschreibung jedoch keine Klimaanlage und keinen Eiswürfelbereiter (ist auch nicht nötig). Eine etwas bessere Ausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien (Töpfe, Schüsseln etc.) wäre jedoch empfehlenswert. Wenn der Standort nicht so weit von Paleochora entfernt wäre (darüberhinaus nur selten Mobiltelefonnetz), würden wir gern wiederkommen.”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus. Es ist ruhig gelegen, ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Vor allem der Nachthimmel und die gut sichtbare Milchstraße, traumhaft. “Wir haben uns in Maisonette Kamelia in Olive Villas zwei Wochen ab Ende April 2018 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr schön renovierten Häuser stehen in schöner Landschaft mit Blick auf die Weißen Berge inmitten eines Olivenhaines etwas vom nächsten Dorf abgesetzt, es ist wirklich ganz ruhig. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt haben (guter Parkplatz vorhanden), um die Insel erkunden zu können und um die schönen Strände und Wanderziele in der Region zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen findet man...

“Es war anfangs nicht so einfach zu finden. Aber oben an der Taverne hat uns jemand geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer kleinen Kapelle. Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Tolle Wirtin und sehr freundlich. Super Tipps bekommen. Ort ist ruhig gelegen und nichts für Partyleute. Ich würde auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Strand ist Kies aber paar Meter weiter ist super Sandstrand. Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Perfekt”

Chania and Elafonisi Beach are a short driving distance. The host, Ariana, was very gracious and responded instantly to our every question and needs. “Paloachakora ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Urlauben, Ausruhen, aber auch wandern. Das Haus liegt allerdings ca. 30 Min. entfernt, wobei die Fahrt dorthin durch traumhafte Landschaft führt. Vorsicht: das Haus ist nicht für Geheingeschränkte geeignet.”

“Eine knappe Woche verbrachten wir in dem Appartment, welches mit allem ausgestattet war, was wir benötigten. Der Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung mit Blick in den Blumengarten ist sehr hübsch. Die Vermieterin war um unser Wohlergehen besorgt und verwöhnte uns mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten.”

D'ailleurs, merci pour la bouteille d'eau fraîche en arrivant et les fruits frais!! La maison est agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nb: juste un p'tit bémol pour la douche où les variations de température ne sont pas très agréables voir la douche froide. Si ça vous arrive, parlez en vite à konstantina...

“La maison est situé à l’écart de Kissamos en campagne face à la mer très proche de la superbe plage de Balos (a faire en fin de journée au coucher du soleil lorsque la foule est partie).Giorgos vous donne, via What’s App, toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder à la maison qui était dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Arrivant très tard dans la soirée, il nous avait fait des petites courses pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin !!! Bref rien à redire, c’est juste parfait !!!!...

“No tuvimos más remedio que reservar este hotel porque hotels.com nunca nos informó que Mesogios estaba cerrado, no nos ofrecieron una solución, ni tampoco el hotel Mesogios. Este hotel tiene un poco de olor fuerte porque está al lado de una cloaca que sale al mar, y no es del todo "on the beach" como está publicitado por hotels.com, pero la gente es muy amable, el servicio bueno, y las instalaciones están bien. Tuvimos en términos generales una estadía correcta en este otro hotel. ”
