“Great house with stunning views of the bay! Found the house to be clean and as described. All three of the bedrooms are separated with the two larger ones being on opposite sides of the house. The master BR has windows looking out on the bay which offers beautiful views as you wake up. The living room is cozy and has a small sitting area in the front where you can enjoy views of the bay in climate control if it’s too hot outside. “Our stay at Costa Verde was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 12 and the house had ole Ty of room for everyone. Four couples had their own room with their own bathroom. Two adults had their own rom with a shred bath and there was a small bunk room perfect for our granddaughter to claim as her own. This home is right on the beach which was not crowded at all. It’s very close to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The house had everything we needed! We truly enjoyed the little extras...the beach chairs and floats and bikes! We never waited longer than 10 minutes for the shuttle despite it being one of the busiest times of the year. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.”

“We used this home to host our micro wedding! The house layout and venue were PERFECT for this. Rob and Susie are spectacular. They had great communication and quick responses. I cannot recommend this house enough!!”

The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. “The location was fantastic as all we needed to do was walk off the back deck down the pathway and onto the beach. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites. “Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....

“It was great! Comfortable , clean , nice , enough space. The pool room was a hit with the kids and we played games they had to offer. The kitchen was perfect ! We loved our stay ! My daughter and son in law live on Lake Front Drive and they just drove right over to spend time with rest of family. ”
