I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.”

“Stayed here during MSU graduation weekend after selling our local home. The property itself was spacious, had good parking, and the location worked for our needs.That said, there were maintenance and communication issues that made the stay more stressful than expected. The front bathroom outlets were dead, which meant guests couldn’t use a hair dryer, and there was no iron or ironing board.
