“Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. “As I headed to the property- it was not disclosed that the property was alongside a mud road that was one way- and full of pot holes and in fact the 4WD rental car I was in slid all over just trying to turn into the property. The entry way is overgrown and garbage cans were laying all over.
