“Loved the place. We have three little kids and it was perfect for them. It's about 15 minutes into town and within 30 minutes to an hour of numerous trails, waterfalls, parks, activities, Tweetsie, etc. Very quiet and secluded with a nice mountain view. Check in was easy and the price is very fair.”

“The house is immaculate and well cared for. The location is conveniently located. You could hear the neighbors but there was no one shouting/partying. My only (very minor) complaint was that the gate didn't close due to what looked like fresh gravel, so my preschooler had to stay closer to me in the yard.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful. Didn’t get to enjoy outdoor area. However the bumper pool took me back to my childhood. The road in was being paved so that was very bumpy. Due to all the rain it was super muddy. Other than this thank you for a clean, safe, worry free place to stay. Would definitely book again.”

“We booked the cabin for my family of 5 for Thanksgiving! We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed! The host was so awesome. Great communication and even surprised us with some Thanksgiving decorations to make our stay fun! The cabin was very clean and just as described. The views were amazing. While remote and off the beaten path, there are two wineries close and you are an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock. We had a great time and will be back to enjoy...

“I would have been nice to know the driveway was on a 45 degree angle. I have a wheelchair lift on the back of my car and was not able to access the drive way due to the clearance. Also the yard has not been mowed it a long time.”

“Came with my childhood friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was the perfect little getaway, but was only about 45 min away from home for most of us. We enjoyed this clean cozy cabin, sipping coffee on the porch, soaking up the sun on the dock with our cold drinks and snacks, and s’mores by the fire. Bit of a hike back up from the dock, but it was good for us!”
