Relatively quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown. We loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there!

Lovely home

My family stayed here while my son had soccer tournaments. It was a lovely home that was within walking distance to some of the best restaurants!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely three bedroom home in an historic neighborhood near downtown (walking distance). It was very clean and comfortable - from the beds to the furniture. Modern updated kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. We appreciated the keurig coffee station with complimentary kcups, creamers and sugar. Our favorite part of the home was the large screened back porch, shaded by tall and mature trees. Wonderful for relaxing and conversation! (Being close to the main thoroughfare through town, there was traffic noise/frequent sirens.)Todd and Teresa were welcoming hosts & very easy to contact, plus they provided suggestions on places to go and to eat. We would love to stay again the next time we visit our family. Thank you!

3 night stay

The home was perfect for our 3 day baseball tournament. It was a 6min drive to the sport park and a quick walk to the little square where there were tasty restaurants and several shops. We will definitely stay again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Elizabethtown. It is a beautiful home on a quiet street. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Everything is derby / horse themed which is really cool. The kitchen is well-equipped and basic necessities are provided. Our favorite part was the back porch which was enclosed with a screen to keep bugs out. Shops and restaurants are also just a short walk away which was very convenient for us. We appreciated that the owners communicated with us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place - would definitely stay here again!

Elizabethtown Poplar Place

Great communication with the owners, they were very friendly and accommodating and answered all messages promptly! Very clean property in a great location. Would 100% recommend staying here and if ever back in KY will contact them again!

Elizabethtown home

Very nice and comfortable home. Todd and Teresa were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend anyone staying in the area to book with them.

Incredible stay!

The property was so clean and there was so much thought put into everything! The towels smelled like roses!! The communication was great and the town was so welcoming and cute! I wish there was a place like this everywhere we travel!

Clean and Comfortable

We rented for 3 nights with my wife and 2 daughters. House was extremely clean and nicely updated and decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was perfect. Great neighborhood and close to everything. Will be staying again since my daughter and her Army husband just moved to Elizabeth town.

Perfect house for baseball weekend!

The house was perfect for our quick stay in Elizabethtown! It’s on a cute, quiet street within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed walking to dinner after baseball games, and I loved my morning walk to the local coffee shop and around the neighborhood. The house is clean, has a ton of charm, and is beautifully decorated! I would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

Very clean. Supplied everything we could ask for. Beautifully updated, felt like home. Excellent communication with owners. Location was great close to the wedding site. Will definitely book again.

Above expectations

This property was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at before. It was extremely spacious and clean. My granddaughters and I were there for a family wedding in Elizabeth town. We could walk to everything. Todd was an excellent host and his property exceeded our expectations!

Great house

This house was perfect for two families for our swim trip. The three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped in case you wanted to prepare dinners, and there is plenty of space to relax. The outdoor patio is nice. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

Enjoyable stay in Elizabethtown

House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The house was was a nice older house with all of the old house charm you would expect. We enjoyed the classic wood floors that showed the craftsmanship of the time the house was built, you don't see that much any longer. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and downtown was a very short walk away.

Wonderful property

We very much enjoyed this gem In Elizabethtown, Ky. Very tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, well appointed. Todd and Teresa very solicitous of anything we needed but we were really all set. Highly recommended.

Quick stay

We stayed here for only one night on our way home from a fishing tourney. I choose this place based on locations and 5 star reviews. I completely agree with other reviewers. This place was awesome in every way. Great communication and beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for hosting us.

Great Place to Stay!!

Such a cute property! Was really clean and well kept. The management was super helpful and prompt when I had questions. Worked really well for our family. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Was only a short drive to the ball park. Close to great restaurants. Can’t say enough great things.

Comfortable stay.

The home is very clean and is supplied with most necessities. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels provided. The television is a smart tv and was used for streaming when we wanted to watch tv. The whole interior is well decorated.

Wonderful and welcoming stay!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The hosts were so welcoming and the property was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Check-in and check-out were easy and the home is in a perfect location - on a quiet street but very close to stores and just a few minutes off the highway. We were looking for a place to use as a “home base” in between Louisville and the Mammoth Cave area and this house exceeded our expectations - it truly was a perfect home base for our family. I whole-heartedly recommend this property!
