“Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. ”

To the west, the beaches and islands, to the east, downtown (with a wonderful farmers market on Saturdays).We would definitely stay here again. “The cozy carriage house is aptly named. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located in a neighborhood of beautiful old Florida homes and within a few blocks of the harbor and the river walk. It was my first time in Bradenton and I love the quaint old Main Street and found amazing restaurants. I will definitely return, and Clare always responded quickly and answered all of my many questions.Cindy”

“A beautiful cottage type property in a pleasant suburb. Both check in and departure instructions were clear and when we had a problem ( eg accessing Netflix) the host was very quick to reply and very helpful.The weather was too cool to use the pool much but it was heated to a pleasant temperature. Really more of a plunge pool than a swim pool.Everything you could want in the property in terms of facilities and appliances. Would certainly return.”
