The Space:
Situated on a secluded private 3.2-acre lot, guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home and surrounding property, including the hot tub, fire pit, creek access area, and outdoor spaces.

Sleeping Arrangements
-1 King bed in the primary bedroom
-1 Queen bed in the guest bedroom
-The sofa in the living area may also be used for sleeping

Entertainment
TV is equipped with Roku streaming access for your enjoyment.

Property Notes
-Firewood for the fire pit is typically available at the nearby gas station/convenience store, approximately 5 minutes away.
-No parties or events allowed.
-A signed liability waiver is required for use of the hot tub and fire pit.
-For guest and property safety, an exterior front door camera is installed facing the entry area only. No cameras monitor indoor spaces or private outdoor areas.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
The cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected after every guest stay to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and elevated experience for all guests.

The home receives regular professional pest control service. While every effort is made to minimize insects and wildlife activity, occasional encounters with pests may still occur in the mountains.

Fire Safety
-Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit area.
-No unauthorized fires of any kind are allowed, including candles, open flames, fireworks, or outdoor burning outside the designated areas.
-Please fully extinguish all fires after use.
