Perfect in every way

We enjoyed our stay. Fantastic mountain location and lots of wildlife to see. Very relaxing place and we felt right at home.

Thanksgiving getaway

Beautiful cabin, the setting is very rustic, but still close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were perfect for our family.

Nice Cabin Stay

This cabin was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do in Ellijay. Very nice wooded neighborhood with tons of deer. The neighborhood even had access to a pond and the river. Great place for a family to stay.

Love this cabin!! Very Clean!

The cabin was perfect and very clean! Location is great and not too far from restaurants and shops. Only suggestion would be for towel holders in bathrooms that work and the main floor shower had the hot water reversed. Other than that everything was great!

Lovely stay near Ellijay

The cabin is lovely and was perfect for our families needs- vacation with adult children. There are a few areas that need improvement. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath needed some attention. When you turn the jets on the water comes out brown, quite unappealing. The back deck definitely needed to be cleaned. Furniture was dirty and pollen covered as was the floor and the railings. The grill also needed to be cleaned and needs at least a new grate. Finally the upper porch leans significantly away from the house. I would not have more than 1 on the deck at a time. These are all issues that can be addressed. We did enjoy our stay. It was beautiful and the deer population are very visible and it was a joy to see them each evening.

Nature Lovers Paradise

We had white tail deer every morning at the front porch. Some ate right out of your hands. Tubing was a blast and hiked to tumbling waters.

Wonderful week

Was 5 of us woman who stayed here. We ran around all week long. We cooked every night at the cabin. Mornings you have to go out back, or in front. Those deer are awaiting a treat. We bought a bag of corn at Tractor Supply and a big bag of Apples at the store. They received morning and afternoon treats. Some will even eat out of your hand. Few down sides for us but still will leave 5 stars. They have a TV in each bedroom. Which is what led us to rent this cabin. All the woman wanted a TV in bedroom. The TV in Main floor bedroom sucks! It’s even bolted down to the dresser. Why, I’ve got notta clue. The coffee maker is worth more then that POS TV. Couldn’t even use a Fire stick on that at all. Couldn’t believe a TV was bolted down. I think With me paying $2600 for a rental I’m not going to steal an OLD TV. The washer smell was horrific of Mildew. Owner needs to buy the cleaner and run through that thing. It’s disgusting. Porch furniture is older and worn. If your 20 yrs old with good knees it won’t bother you. You sit down and sink. Same as both leather sofas in the cabin. The coffee table with 4 little footstools was awesome though. All in all this is a fantastic cabin for a get away. We did all the little town shopping. Made it to the Lodge cast iron Factory Home store in South Pittsburgh, Tennessee. Made it too the North Georgia Premium Outlets for some much needed after COVID shopping. Was an awesome week. Would rent again if they buy a new TV for main floor bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful getaway :-)

Amazing home

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The bedrooms and living space were great for us and the outdoor firepit area was really nice to have. Everything was clean and a well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a weekend North of Atl.

Fall Getaway

Clean, spacious retreat with plenty of opportunity for relaxation and family activities. Appreciated family games provided and book collection. If you arrive at night, be aware no one will be in the guard shack. Use the call button on the call unit on the post. This area is poorly lit, and we were not told this would be the case, so it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. Our family voted this place as a definite keeper. Nice change from the beach.

Beautiful, peaceful, perfect

Nearness to everything (BJ Reece Apple orchard, and Burt’s Pumpkin Farm), cleanliness of home, size and amenities were perfect for 2 adults and 4 children (9, 7, 4, 2) who love to be outside in the elements. The home was perfect size and had the perfect amount of amenities included. The wildlife (deer) are skidish enough to let you see them up close but not comfortable enough (thankfully) for my kids to touch them. Beautiful home, well maintained and will look for this home in the future when we stay next year if available.

Great vacation house for a big group.

We had a group of 7 people come up and we didn’t have any problems with space, the house was great and very clean. Also the deer in the area literally come up to you, so if you like animals it’s a great place.

Quiet get away

Fantastic space to spread out with our family. Enjoyed watching all of the deer and birds off the deck. Although there are houses nearby, all the woods make it feel private and peaceful.

This cabin is extremely clean and well stocked for arrival. Swings on every level fie one to enjoy watching the deer meander by. Nice fire pit! Quiet neighborhood!

You Will LOVE this Home!

My family of 7 loved this big, beautiful home. We came in town to visit family in Ellijay. It was very clean and spacious. The screened in porch was so nice and relaxing and bug free! We were greeted by deer every time we pulled into the driveway and we enjoyed seeing them at all times of the day. They were so friendly and we even hand fed them. We would recommend this house and will be back again some day.

Absolutely beautiful and amazing with such tranquility and peace

Everything I needed was there. All I had to take in was my personal belongings and a little food. Just taking a little break. Awesome!!
