Excellent stay.The cabin is beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Upon arrival, everything was impeccably clean and well organized, with all the basic necessities for a stay of a week or even longer.We stayed during the Christmas season, and it was a very special touch to find the cabin decorated according to the season, which made our experience even more cozy and memorable.The host was very attentive and always kept us informed via messages about the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as any precautions we needed to take during the colder nights.The place offers a very peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for rest and relaxation. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would gladly stay here again.

This was a wonderful property with great communication from the host! My family really enjoyed the beautiful views and all the extras such as the hot tub, pool table and arcade machine. The location was really convenient and close to nearby attractions. Those looking to book should be aware that the driveway is very steep and we were not able to get our car up it which meant we had to climb up with all our bags. We still had a wonderful stay though and the host was very helpful and responsive.

This house really made time stand still. Driving 6 hours from Florida and arriving with the kids exhausted lol and then hearing the creek and walking in, it just made for such a relaxing trip! You can tell the house was throughly cleaned! My white socks stayed white! That is huge for me! My teens loved to hot tub and pool table! The beds were comfy too! Another plus! Thank you! Also, the owner was so kind and checked in on us and really made us feel welcome!

Wonderful VRBO. Great location, tucked away in the woods for privacy, yet close to town and entertainment. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The rental had lots to entertain, hot tub, pool table, porch sitting! Would recommend 10/10!!

The place was ok. Game room was fun and hot was nice. River close to go fishing is nice. The bad thing is the steep hill ypu have to drive up to the house. If it rains you will not be able to drive up it not even if you have 4 wheel drive. IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE NOT RECOMMENDED!! Do not rent if you have small children or anyone not in shape to climb. My mother in law felt like she was going to die climbing it. My husband fell going down it to go fish. We will not rent this place again. If you are not use to climbing moutains i wouldnt rent it. Picture below of top of hill.

Had a lovely week away from it all at Vinoy’s cabin in the woods. The hot tub was warm and ready upon checking which was a great touch. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck listening to the creek across the road. It was cool enough at night we could leave the windows on our room open and heard the lovely night sounds. The spa tub in the master was so relaxing too. The driveway is steep as others have noted, but manageable and is detailed in the listing notes. The road to the house is gravel, with very little traffic in the area so road sounds were not a problem at all.We always bring spices and what not when we stay, but it’s helpful to note you will need these items. Salt and pepper was provided, along with K-cups, cream and sugar. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again; Vinoy was a gracious host and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything.

The cabin was beautiful and cozy. We had 6 people and the size was perfect! I even went to the wrong place in the beginning (directions are not my speciality) and the owner was so quick to call and try to get me to the right spot. Beautiful views, great amenities, just a very comfortable stay.

Amazing place to stay! Easy check in, easy to get ahold of. My grandkids loved all the games they had to play. Enjoy listening to the creek at night from the top deck. Overall loved our stay there! Location was great and private.

vinoy was very easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. there were 4 adults. all of us over the age of 80. the cabin was clean, 3 bedrooms with bath/showers, up to date laundry, plenty of dishes/pots and pans, great tv, very quiet except for the sound of the stream across the road. was a nice sound especially at night. he's got a game room down stairs that has a pool table (we played daily), dart board and a pac man game machine. his cabin is located a short distance from ellijay and shopping. the one thing we didn't like was the steep driveway.. was a little difficult going up, and scary going down. unfortunately, even though the cabin is located in a nicely wooded area, we didn't see any bear. over all, we enjoyed our stay

3rd anniversary getaway

Me, my husband and another couple stayed here for our anniversary weekend. We are 46-58 and was looking for a nice quiet retreat. This cabin was beautifully furnished, clean and provided all we needed for a fun filled weekend. There's a creek next to the cabin and the sound of rushing waters adds to the calm and peacefulness. A game room and the hot water tub iced the cake perfectly. The host was excellent and responded to any inquiries timely. I would definitely recommend and stay again

Very nice place, rough driveway without new tires/4W drive

Great place. Everything you need and nice location. Clean, wonderful amenities. Very steep driveway that is slippery when there is rain so you need new tires and/or 4W drive or you will be parking at the bottom.

The property was great. The accomodations were nearly perfect. The grill was not shown accurately in pictures however, which was by no means a major detraction. I would also recommend an ammended trash policy, we stayed several days with 5 people and it just wasn't realistic to keep all trash in the cabin for the duration of our stay. Other than those two minor things we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and we absolutely would stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was very helpful before and during our stay. Loved the cabin but didn’t like the driveway. It’s steep but was able to make it up in a regular truck no 4 wheel drive needed but would have made it easier. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We celebrated our 35th anniversary in Ellijay and stayed at the cabin. It is close to downtown and wineries. Inclement weather kept us indoors on Saturday; well entertained in the game room. Kitchen is well appointed for any chef.
