The cabin was very cozy. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group. The kids loved their sleeping area. It was very clean. Check out instructions were very clear. The host was very helpful and answered my questions quickly! Great memories!

The cabin was clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything that our Men's Group was hoping for! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and when the time came for our sessions, the dining area and the living room were excellent for teaching, eating, and relaxing!

The house was great and exactly what we needed for our large ladies' group. The house was spotless, and there was plenty of space for everyone.Checking in was not as easy as I had hoped. Part of that was my fault, as I didn't screenshot the info that Kimberly had sent me before arriving. There was very limited phone service, and I was unable to access my Vrbo app or email. Another concern was the driveway. It's probably 1 mile from the main road on a one-lane dirt road driveway. It had just rained, which made it even harder to get through. By the end of our stay, I was getting used to it, but the first time was rough. I thought we were going to get stuck on the hill in front of the house.The internet (and therefore checking in) and the driveway are both beyond anyone's control, but they just need to be noted so that people know and there are no surprises. Everything that was in Kimberly's control was top-notch. We enjoyed our stay, and I would stay there again.

Wonderfully Private, Secluded

We were a group of 8, all over 60. A perfect friends reunion. The house is very well stocked, the rooms large and spacious. The property is very well maintained! We enjoyed it immensely.

Perfect location for our family reunion with 12 adults and 6 kids! Beautiful, peaceful, clean, really wonderful. We also loved visiting the Cartecay river tubing and Amicalola Falls in the area. Great space for games and activities without disturbing early sleepers on the other side of the building.

Great vacation place for multiple family

We took a vacation to North Georgia in January 2025, traveling as four families with kids ranging from toddlers to teenagers. The cabin was perfect for us. It had many bedrooms with plenty of beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to meet everyone's needs.The place was clean and cozy, with plenty of space to hang out—including an outdoor patio, jacuzzi, den, and a playroom with a pool/ping-pong table. Nestled in the woods, it was quiet and made for the perfect getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a multi-family vacation.

Ladies' Retreat

This was our second visit to the cabin, our first time in winter, and it was just as magical as the first experience. In the summer we enjoyed the rocking chairs and lush green around the creek. On this trip we appreciated the fireplace with wood stacked and ready and the hot tub. The owners also surprised us with a bottle of local cider for our first night! There were 11 women, and we all had plenty of space to stretch out. Grateful for this gem!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

We were a group of 5 moms and our kids who wanted to get away to enjoy some nature and the outdoors. It was perfect. Only a 7 minute drive from Hillcrest Orchards and it was very private. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, the large open living room and all the rooms. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kids also liked taking a nature walk down behind the house and explored since it was flat. Highly recommend this property! Also the host was very quick at responding to communication.

Family Wedding

Family members met from 5 different states to attend a family wedding in north Georgia and the house was everything we wanted. Plenty of beds and restrooms, plenty of linens, the kitchen was well fitted for family meals, the tables were perfect, and the porch was beautiful. Also the location was wonderful located on "Orchard Row" with 11 local apple orchards down the street.

Perfect place to retreat!!

Our group of nine women absolutely adored this home and property. The setting is idyllic and serene. We loved not having other homes in sight, and made use of the trails, too! The rooms are large and spread out so everyone had ample wiggle room. The kitchen tables made it easy for all to gather together and the many porch spaces gave us places to sit in rain or sun. The only thing I can think to add would be bedside reading lamps and additional lighting in the living room. But it was a truly wonderful experience!!
