“Very well updated property! What looks to be a former fishing cabin is very well renovated with a nice living area including full kitchen. Easy drive to all Door County has to offer. “This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!”

“We all loved it! It was so cute and comfy! We enjoyed the fire pit one night. The location was great. Close to town, but secluded enough to be quiet. The cottage has everything you’ll need. Even a gas grill. Our ‘just girls’ stay was so much fun.”

“We rented the Eagles Nest as a couples get away but it can actually sleep five (inc kids). Perfect location, blocks from the water but in a private wooded lot on three sides. No visual neighbors. Upper back balcony perfect breakfast spot for two. Clean, everything worked well, good wifi, good shower pressure and this place cost less for the whole cottage than a hotel or condo. Privacy for couples (or small families!) — We’d definitely rent it again.”

“The Lake Michigan view is even better than it appears in the listing photos. We would definitely stay again. We brought along lawn chairs and spent a lot of time outside at the lakeside. Nice firepit to roast hot dogs and make s'mores. Bring along water shoes to really enjoy the shallow lake entry.”
