Welcome to Cozy Cove, a charming unit in a three-unit apartment nestled along the scenic Union River in Ellsworth, Maine. This inviting space offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere- perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The space
Right in the middle of downtown Ellsworth, this two-story apartment puts you exactly where you want to be—walkable to local shops, coffee spots, and restaurants, with an easy drive to Acadia when you’re ready to get out and explore.
The layout is simple and practical, spread across two floors so everyone has a bit of space to settle in. Upstairs is where you’ll find both bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two twins—along with a full bathroom. It’s an easy setup that works well for families or small groups.
Downstairs, the main living area is a comfortable place to regroup after a day out, whether that means takeout from a nearby spot or a quiet night in. There’s also a pull-out couch here for additional sleeping space, bringing the total capacity to six guests, plus a half bath on the first floor so no one’s running upstairs in the middle of the night.
It’s not overcomplicated—just a well-located, comfortable place to land after long days on the coast, whether you’re heading into Acadia, spending time by the Union River, or enjoying being able to step outside and be right in town.

Other things to note
As part of a shared apartment complex, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their neighbors to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. Additionally, please note that the basement is off-limits to guests. Guests are invited to enjoy the shared fire pit, a cozy gathering spot available for use alongside guests from the other two units.

Be sure to take a leisurely stroll down to the Union River Lobster Pot and treat yourself to some delicious Maine seafood. Located right along the scenic riverfront at 11 South Street, it's the perfect spot to enjoy fresh local flavors with a beautiful waterfront view. Guests should note that the riverfront property in front of the restaurant is yours to enjoy, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
