“Very spacious with nice wood furnishings, quality stove, deck, large dining table. Kitchen was well equipped. Great place! A few things to know—no food storage containers or foil/plastic wrap, so I was glad to have taken some ziplock bags. Window coverings aren’t light blocking, so it’s light early in summer. Some squeaky floors.”

“The setting is beautiful. The house is quirky and charming. Decor really leans into the rustic. I think we were the second or third visitors to the property and they were still working out a few things, but would definitely recommend to a family with older kids. There is only one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the outdoor amenities (fire pit, dock, lake) are excellent.”

We brought our own food and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glasses for our stay. Skiing was easily accessible right out the back to Alpine chairlift. “It was just the right size for two people. Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom. Just what was needed. Our host was very responsive to the one issue we had with the coffee maker not working quite right, and by the time we got back home for the day, there was a new one waiting for us. We'd be happy to stay here again!”

“The location was perfect. Not a busy area, but plenty to do that’s close to the house. The house was amazing on the inside and out. The garage was our favorite part. The garage did not have A/C, but was a great spot to hang out with all of the games out there. Highly recommend this location for a getaway. ”

“This place was perfect for a skiing weekend with friends! The hot tub and sauna were clean and felt soo nice after a long day to decompress. There were a ton of space heaters, extra blankets, towels and fans available to use which was amazing for our big group. Very close to downtown Boyne city as well!”

“It was one of the best vacations we ever had. The house was perfect for all my grand babies and kids. I think Intermediate Lake is a hidden Gem and the Unsalted Mermaid the icing on the cake. The host Tracey kept us well informed, accessible and just awesome to deal with. We have already booked for next year and the entire family can't wait. It was comfortable, loads of fun for all ages. I don't think the TV even came on except to watch the Lions ”
