“Quiet , clean and friendly staff . Didn’t have housekeeping during my stay so would have appreciated a way to swap towels by putting them in a bag and getting a replacement set when needed . This is what they do in Japan . Also had to keep asking reception for my tea bags . Again a way to do this with a replenishment set each day would be helpful . Lots of construction in area due to light rail extension meant alot of roads and paths were shut which was annoying at times cos you had to keep...

“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“Pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature considering Canberra weather was cloudy and 16 degrees. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Sauna and gym in basement carpark which is not the nicest environment but the facilities are decent. ”
