We did an internal investigation on the points that you've raised during your stay with us especially the condition of your room. And based on our investigation, due to bad weather and always raining on the days that you were here, the smell in the room is from the trees outside after being wet and dried. However, you may rest assured that we have rectified the issue and found a way to minimize the smell and making sure that it will not be smelled inside the room. On the brighter note, I am happy to read that Erin did a good job in helping you relax and unwind during your stay and exceeded your expectation. Maldives weather is really unpredictable and as much as possible we always make sure that our guests would still enjoy some activities even during bad weather.
