“We loved the cottage and the neighbor. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It was close to the beach, restaurants we wanted to try and it had everything we needed for our trip. We would love to come back and I already have recommended the cottage because it was so great.”

“the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again”

“The condo was fine. It is a 2nd floor walk up which is not stated anywhere in the property details. We are older and i would not have chosen this condo had i known. We had to struggle with our luggage and groceries because of the stairs. Also the bath tub did not have grab bars so it did not feel safe for us. Next time i will pay more attention to details! On the plus side, Glass Casa was wonderful to work with. We had issues with the wifi and the TV and they came out promptly to service both....

“Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.”

“We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.”

“The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe...

“Nos alojamos en el área bayside, es una habitación sencilla pero puedes encontrar piscina y un café (sunset café bar) cerca. Hay muchas actividades diferentes para hacer, la playa queda un poco retirada aunque puedes alquilar carritos de golf y hay un bus que te puede llevar sino tienes transporte propio. Difícil parquear en la zona de la playa en algunas horas. ”
