“Lovely updates especially the kitchen and bath. Very clean and well supplied with basic needs.The building is an older property not well maintained but the location, beach access and updated unit is worth a beach lover’s stay. ”

“Easy walk to a private beach, shopping across the street, and other activities on the grounds (putt-putt, tennis, free dvd rentals, etc.). Would visit again.”

“Loved the property, you have the bay at your back & the beach at the front ( short walk crossing over to the beach)the quick response of the customer service was excellent. There were a few issues during the stay, but again the management was on top of it. ”

“Jo’s place is a great place to stay. Beach access is a few steps away, Tom Thumb Store is right there for anything you need to quick grab. Pool area is always clean. I always wash the dishes I use prior to any place I stay because I’m not sure how people wash their dishes but taking a few out of the cabinet had left over good in them. The couch bed could use some TLC, a good 3in memory foam pad could definitely help the spots that sank to low. Other than that PERFECT.”

However, this place was open to 18 and I’m thankful they trusted us to be respectful and courteous of the property.The property itself worked our perfect for the 4 of us and matched the photos and descriptions online!”
