The house was large and had a gorgeous sunset over its expansive lake view. Easy check-in. Dock and lakeshore were nice and the house was very clean, but the house was just a few points short of full luxury retreat and included: old carpet, old pool table that had only 1 cue stick and rest broken, foosball table that had a broken rod, dated futons throughout, gas grill with an empty propane tank we had to fill, dull kitchen knives, master bathroom doors didn't shut to bedroom, and no laundry detergent. The worst aspect was the sump pump/drain system that ran every 4 minutes one night when it rained plus ran anytime someone used water in the house, which kept the master bedroom and 1 upstairs bedroom awake all night. Positives are nice kitchen appliances, large and multiple gathering spaces with couches/tvs/dining room space, outdoor game space, extra fridge in the garage, good amount of kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc. Overall for the cost of this vs. other 9k sq ft cabins it was a good place to stay. We had 12 adults and 4 kids and enjoyed the weekend and never felt cramped. we may stay there again with slightly lower expectations, but only if they could confirm the sump pump noise was not going to happen again.
