“Great to have a centrally located house to use while in town for six nights. The manager was responsive. Very nice kitchen appliances, comfortable sofa. Sweet old house, felt lived in. Lots of decor, hence the forced insurance which I’ve never encountered before. Owners seem to be far right based on signs and decor.”

“We loved our stay! The building has the perfect 1800s charm with lots of authentic character. Great location—easy drive to and from Gettysburg with plenty to do nearby. The space was clean and comfortable. Note there are stairs, but they add to the historic feel. The host provided thoughtful touches like sound machines, a well-stocked kitchen, a pool table for entertainment, and ample towels and washcloths. Perfect getaway spot for my spouse and me!”

“Very kid and pet-friendly quiet location within a short drive to downtown Frederick with all its urban offerings but at the same time very quiet and close to state parks, lakes, falls and hiking. But the star attraction are the horses - one of the hosts offers riding classes and you can either take a beginner's loop on property or if you have some experience a beautiful ride along the banks of the Potomac down by Brunswick (she will drive the horses down there from the farm and meet you there)....
