“Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. ”

“Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay. ”

Everything made me feel welcome and at home it was like I was staying with my grandma. I definitely will be coming back this summer and be telling all my friends how much of a safe place this is to stay while in Kansas City.”

“We stayed here to travel with our grandson for college at Ottawa University. The host were excellent and would respond immediately with any questions I had. The apartment was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay 5 !!”
