“Todo esta excelente, solo que como hotel le falto proveer de agua a las habitaciones. Es un derecho natural que si pagas una estancia de hotel te provean de agua para beber. Sin embargo hasta el agua para beber la tienes que pagar. Eso es lo único que no me agrado. Todo es excelente, su trato impecable, súper amables, limpio y muy educados. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y mi deseo es regresar. Gracias por todo..”

“Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic. We celebrated our daughters 4 year birthday and she loved it. all the open restaurants or i should majority where in Fira this time of year ”

“Excelent service at hotel! Nice and spacious room. Very well located, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus station. You can take the bus from airport to hotel for 2 euros, instead a taxi for 15 euros per person. Just two blocks from hotel. They don't have pool or other áreas, but is a nice and small hotel.”
