“Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. Thank you for everything Rich & Mark & hopefully we’ll see you both again soon! ”

“The outside of the House was not good Paint peeling ect There was a lot of stairs to my room which I asked them about before staying but they said they hadn't received my message The room was clean Breakfast was included however there was nothing cooked Host was helpful & they helped carry my bags”

“A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. ”

“The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again.”
