Hearnesbrook Barn es un espacioso anexo de dos dormitorios en los terrenos de una casa georgiana ubicada en el pintoresco pueblo de navegación de Emsworth. El anexo es la antigua casa del entrenador y el establo y fue restaurado con amor en 2019. El pueblo ofrece muchas comodidades y el anexo está a solo unos minutos a pie del puerto y las tiendas locales.

Con hermosos paseos al Emsworth Mill Pond o al impresionante campo cercano, puede disfrutar de una estadía tranquila pero también disfrutar de los vibrantes restaurantes locales.

En cuanto a las áreas circundantes, hay muchas atracciones a poca distancia de Emsworth.

La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada y es perfecta para entretener a amigos y familiares con un comedor ubicado en una sala de estar contigua, donde hay una estufa de leña para esas noches de invierno.

Hay una espaciosa habitación doble en el primer piso con una cama king size y baño privado (ducha sobre la bañera). Hay una habitación doble más abajo con su cuarto de baño separado. Las camas de esta habitación se pueden hacer como una cama doble extra grande.

El anexo tiene su propio jardín privado con almacenamiento seguro para bicicletas.

An excellent stay

Stayed for a week. No complaints at all. Very comfortable and well equipped. Rosie and Simon were such welcoming hosts. Barn was warm and luxurious, we would have stayed for longer and will definitely be back.

Friendly, helpful hosts, great location.

This house was warm, clean and well equipped. I was greeted on arrival, in person, by a friendly, helpful host. The location was excellent, with shops, pubs and the seashore within a five-minute walk. I was pleased also to have been able to book on the phone with a local agent, as I've heard there have recently been a lot of scams on internet accommodation booking sites. Would definitely stay again.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our second trip to Hearnesbrook Barn and we can’t speak highly enough of the comfort, cleanliness and facilities here. The owners are very welcoming and provide some lovely homely touches in advance of your arrival. There are so many eateries within walking distance and some good walking routes on the doorstep. A perfect place for a peaceful retreat. We hope to be back again soon.

Lovely home from home

We have stayed here several times over the years and are always delighted to get the opportunity to return. We stay in many rental properties and this is hands down the best. The hosts Simon and Rosie are especially helpful and the flourishing sit out garden is a lovely bonus

Perfect winter break

Simon and Rosie are so welcoming and the barn is very well equipped and comfortable. We went birdwatching across Chichester Harbour and also visited Weald and Downland Museum, Bosham, Southsea and Goodwood all while knowing we could return to super comfy beds and a cosy barn. We had everything and more that we needed to cook meals and relax and would so like to return soon.

A beautiful and peaceful haven

We stayed for five nights. The accommodation was pristine and very comfortable. The location was perfect for Emsworth, visiting relatives and the days out we planned. Simon and Rosie were very kind and friendly. We knew they were there for help but they also gave us the space we were looking for. We would definitely come again.

Excellent - in every respect !

A first visit to Hearnesbrook Barn - everything about it is excellent and five star - the location, the owners, the fixtures and fittings, shower rooms, furniture, beds, kitchen appliances - everything has been thought of to ensure a very comfortable and luxurious stay. The two seated garden areas are quiet and peaceful. The photos on the website are very accurate - we would recommend Hearnesbrook Barn without reservation and plan to return next year.

Excellent accommodation

The Barn is in a quiet location with pretty gardens. The charming hosts provided thoughtful touches. Walkable to Emsworth Village and the Mill Pond with a variety of good restaurants and pubs available. Handy for Chichester, Portsmouth and the South Downs.

Great stay

Had a very enjoyable stay at Hearnesbrook Barn. Rosie & Simon couldn’t be more helpful. From the generous welcome goodies to help with any queries, nothing was too much trouble. The renovation is superb. Loved the decor and was very comfortable. Great location in the lovely town of Emsworth with lots to do in the surrounding area. Look forward to returning soon.

Unforgetable experience

Property was beautifully and tastefully furnished. Everything we could possibly need, was provided. Owners were very helpful and made it clear we could contact them at anytime. This makes a huge difference to us, as remote checking in, is not for us.

The Best

The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting Portsmouth, Chichester etc. Petrol station with an excellent shop is 2 mins walk away. Cottage is extremely comfortable, everything you could possibly need and more. Beautiful garden to sit out in and front patio if weather too hot. The owners of the cottage and very caring and helpful, this was our second visit and they made us so very welcome. 11 out of 10!

Sets the gold standard in holiday cottages

Myself and family stayed for nearly 3 weeks at Hearnesbrook in August. The accomodation was very high spec and it felt like a beautifully restored property. Exceedingly comfortable with luxury bathrooms. Simon and Rosie were such generous hosts and we felt totally welcome whilst they remained discrete providing us privacy. They gave us lots of helpful tips about where to eat and visit. I also felt the barn was good value as it was really spacious and the annex worked well for our grown up kids to come and stay for a few nights. Space for two cars to park and suntraps to eat meals in both the front patio and back cottage style garden.
