We had plenty of room to sew, Lots of restaurants to try, and plenty of beautiful beach to explore. We can’t wait to return!”

“We had a very relaxing stay. The property might be best described as Great Gran and Pap's vacation home. It could use a little bit of lovin' on the inside in regards to repairs and upkeep, however, it has the cozy and nostalgic feeling of vacations from simpler times. “My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. “The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front.”

“This is a great little condo that is updated and clean. The amenities were great, including kayaks, bikes, outdoor shower, tons of beach gear. The owner left several sweet touches including snacks, wine, beer, and toiletries. Beach access was about a 5 minute walk, and came right out at the best shark tooth hunting area.
